With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. As a COVID survivor, Bertha brings unique empathy and understanding to her work, especially for individuals dealing with the mental and emotional impacts of the pandemic. She is committed to helping clients navigate life post-COVID, offering support and tools to manage any lingering effects.

Helping Others Heal and Grow

With a background in both corporate and clinical settings, Bertha’s professional journey began as a residential counselor and later as an outpatient therapist for the Youth Crisis Center in Jacksonville, Florida. She has worked with adolescents, adults, and families, providing individual and couples counseling to promote mental and emotional well-being. Today, she continues her mission by also offering accessible care through BetterHelp, ensuring more people receive the support they need.
